Bradley De Luca – CEO

Bradley joined FaB in 2007 and was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in 2009. Initially working in the operations team, Bradley has held roles as both Franchise Manager and State Manager within FaB since joining the company.

Bradley has been within the cleaning industry for over 10 years, starting his own business at age 18 before selling his business to further develop his career. Bradley has a background in Regional and State management in both the service & retail industries with experience in multiple site management of commercial properties, customer relations, branch profitability and compliance.

 

Narissa Bernas – Finance Manager

Prior to joining FaB, Narissa worked for ODV Accountants and Financial Services. Narissa has more than 15 years' experience as head of finance departments working in the production house / UHF television network of one of the largest publicly-listed television networks overseas. She handled several concurrent positions as head of finance of the other subsidiaries' businesses in music recording, magazine and electronic billboard. Prior to these positions, Narissa worked as an auditor in HSBC and an accounting/auditing firm in the Philippines.

Narrisa holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and graduated valedictorian, cum laude with Bachelor Degree in Business Administration major in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Registered Financial Planner in the Philippines. She is an Associate Member of the Certified Practising Accountant Australia (CPAA) working on her full certification.

 

Sally Walsh-McEwen – Marketing Manager

Sally joined FaB as Marketing Manager in May 2011 after returning to her home town of Adelaide to live after a six year stint away working in both London and Melbourne.

Sally has worked in a variety of marketing and communications roles in large corporate organisations within Financial Services, Property & Construction and Retail industries. Sally manages all of the marketing and communications functions at FaB and assists in growing awareness of FaB in the market place.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Communications degree from Griffith University in Queensland majoring in Media Communications, and is a Certified Practicing Marketer (CPM) with the Australian Institute of Marketing.

 

Con Papas – Business Development Manager

Con has been with FaB in the role of Business Development Manager since March 2008. He has had some 15 years of senior management experience within the Sales and Hospitality industries in South Australia, with his main focus always firmly set on the delivery of service excellence and in growing people relationships.

Con ensures client expectations are delivered to the highest standards possible and is passionate about infection control issues within the Cleaning industry.

Con travels extensively to promote FaB and to secure clients in all industries and states.

 

Brenton Montgomery – Product Services Manager

Brenton joined FaB in September 2011. He has 20 years experience in the paper industry and 7 years in the cleaning chemical industry, working in a variety of senior management roles, including Sales, Business Development, Operations and General Management, both locally in Adelaide and on a national basis.

Brenton has serviced a wide and diversified range of markets, including national chain and independent supermarkets (FMCG), hospitals, aged care, food service and route sectors.

Brenton is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM) and the Australian Marketing Institute (FAMI), and is also a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM).

Brenton's primary focus will be growing the company's product range in paper goods, chemicals, cleaning accessories and other related product segments that will offer our customers a "One Stop Shop" for all of their cleaning requirements.
