FAB’S Business Development Franchise Strategy

Due to the high incidence of redundancy and diminishing employment opportunities the market is demonstrating a strong demand for low to medium priced, secure businesses that provide a reliable and consistent cash flow. FAB’s performance results (established over 300 franchise businesses) strongly indicate FAB’s franchising system fits these criteria perfectly.

An integral part of the success of this system is FAB’s ability to obtain cleaning contracts that are suitable to sell as part of a franchise package. FAB achieves this through its Business Development Franchises, which are responsible for providing a constant supply of new commercial cleaning contracts for this purpose.

The expansion of marketing activities nationally and the creation of Business Development Franchises to capitalise on the expertise developed in the South Australian and Victorian markets is significant to the on-going growth and success of FAB’s commercial cleaning and associated businesses.

To meet the ever-increasing demand for FAB’s cleaning franchise businesses FAB plans to establish additional Business Development Franchise operations in all regions in which FAB’s Franchise Offices are established, or will be established.

The objective of FAB and its Business Development Franchises is to provide a constant pool of contracts that meet the criteria for sale to FAB’s commercial cleaning franchisees.

How does a Business Development Franchise work?

Business Development Franchisees will be required to undertake the following activities within defined regions:

  • Identify and pursue potential commercial cleaning clients;
  • Follow-up leads and appointments supplied by FAB Cleaning Services Australia Pty. Ltd ; and
  • Facilitate new franchisee / cleaning staff introductions to Clients during the cleaning contract establishment or hand over procedure in conjunction with FAB Cleaning’s operation’s personnel.

Business Development Support

Business Development Franchisees will be supported by FAB’s National Telemarketing division and targeted marketing promotions, which have been successfully operating in South Australia and Victoria and are the main marketing approaches used by FAB.

The National Telemarketing division generates and receives leads from perspective clients and distributes these to the relevant Business Development Franchisee.

This is supplemented by additional marketing strategies such as:

  • Direct tender
  • Newspaper editorials
  • Industry Magazines
  • Radio
  • Data base referrals
  • Press advertising
  • Trailer advertising & mail drops
  • Public Relations Promotions
  • Outdoor advertising

It is in FAB’s best interest that your business is successful therefore FAB will provide you with the tools and information you require to achieve the best results possible for your business.
